This notice explains what happens to information you send through thoroughbred.ai. The site is operated by Level 42 AI, Inc., 211 Hope Street, #391049, Mountain View, California 94041-9998, United States.

What we collect

Only what you type into the contact form: your name, work email, organization, type of operation, approximate number of animals under management, and your message. Nothing else is requested and no account is created.

Why we use it

To answer your enquiry and, if you ask for one, to scope a pilot. We do not sell this information, share it for advertising, or add you to a marketing list without asking you first.

How the form works

Form submissions are delivered to our inbox by Web3Forms, a third-party form-delivery service, which processes the message in transit and does not use it for its own purposes. If you would rather not use the form, email info@level42.ai directly.

Cookies and analytics

This site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or advertising trackers. Web fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser makes a request to Google's servers, which sees your IP address as part of serving those files. Videos and images are served from our own hosting.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept in our email system for as long as the conversation is commercially relevant, and no longer than three years after the last contact unless you become a customer.

Your choices

You can ask us to send you a copy of what we hold about you, correct it, or delete it. Write to info@level42.ai and we will act on it within thirty days. Depending on where you live, you may also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority.

Animal health data

This notice covers the website only. Recordings, biosignatures and veterinary labels generated during a pilot are governed by the pilot agreement signed with your organization, which sets out ownership, permitted use and de-identification separately.

Changes

If this notice changes, the date at the top of the page changes with it.
